Then all you need to do is squeeze when the unit vibrates, and relax when the vibrations stop. Each program should last about 5 mins. The end of the program is signaled by 3 quick vibrations and the routine ends. The LUNA Smart Bead will adjust and remember the program according to your pelvic floor strength.
